2 Towns Ciderhouse Releases the BrightCider
Introducing the newest addition to our line of flagship ciders—The Brightcider— available starting June 3. At 2 Towns Ciderhouse our aim is always “damn fine cider,” no matter what! We are always seeking to improve our craft and are especially dedicated to using the BEST ingredients the Northwest has to offer. The Brightcider is made with a new blend of high quality fresh-pressed Northwest apples that have an even juicier aroma and taste profile, creating a cider that is super fresh, aromatic and bright. This new blend of apples is crushed into a fresh, light-bodied juice that makes a sessionable 6 percent ABV (alcohol by volume) cider. The Brightcider will replace The Incider as the 2 Towns flagship semi-sweet cider.
While we understand that some Incider fans will be disappointed by the change, we are confident that with our new blend of Northwest apples and a more sessionable body, the Brightcider will please all cider lovers.
Additionally, The Brightcider will now be released in cans!

True to 2 Towns style, this cider uses all Northwest ingredients and is fermented to perfection at cool temperatures. This new blend of Yakima and Hood River apples includes Jonagold, Honeycrisp, Granny Smith and Rome Beauty apples, among others. The Incider will cease production at the same time The Brightcider is released for a seamless transition to stores, restaurants and customers.
