16th Anniversary

16 years ago we opened the doors to our cellar…

Since then we have received nothing but love and support from all our fans, the very best in the industry. Every year we strive to release something extra special for our passionate supporters. Just like 2 Towns, the ingredients for this anniversary cider were all grown and harvested right here in the Pacific Northwest.

Included in this rare apple blend from Pleasant Valley Cider Apples are delightful Calville Blanc d’Hivers, rich, Gilpins, and high acid Russets. A select mélange of other aromatic heirloom apples were also blended then fermented with a refined yeast strain to create this stunning local cider.

Here’s to sixteen more years of growing, harvesting, and pressing on.
