Barrel Aged Marionberry Black Currant

Summer is gone and it’s finally cold out, and as such, it’s time for our barrel fermented base to be awoken from its slumber yet again. For this year’s iteration, marionberries and black currants provide some terrific tannin to oak fermented apples. Deep purple in the glass, rich up front, smooth and tannic on the back end. This is one of those creations that opens up in the glass over time; find a fireplace or a comfy couch, hit your comfort zone, and sip away.
