Made with Washington Dolgo Crabapple juice and an heirloom Oregon blend including Cap of Liberty, Tom Putt, Milo Gibson, Foxwhlep and some new stand-outs including Smith’s & Grindstone. Fermented with our favorite Epernay yeast strain and finished with aromatic Mcintosh juice. Here’s to fourteen more years of growing, harvesting, and pressing on.
